Commercial Roofing

Commercial Roofing

At Heritage Roofing, we specialize in low-slope or no-slope roofs for commercial buildings.

Our installers are certified in a variety of roofing methods, including tar and gravel, metal, torch-on, and single-ply membrane roofs. Our experienced team always gives you reliable, realistic recommendations for a durable, long-lasting, and affordable commercial roof.

Commercial Torch-On Roofs

When installed correctly, torch-on roofs – sometimes called torch-down roofs – create a waterproof seal that can tolerate both extreme weather highs and extreme weather lows without cracking or melting. Given our cold Northern climate, this roof is an ideal choice for businesses and industries.

At Heritage Roofing, we use IKO’s and Soprema SBS Membrane for all our torch-on roof systems.

Commercial Metal Roofs

As with residential metal roofs, commercial metal roofs are a durable and long-lasting choice for business owners. They withstand extreme weather – from rain and hail to snow and ice – and are available in a number of styles to ensure a refined appearance. When installed with a proper underlay, metal roofs remain just as quiet during rain and hail as any other roofing choice.

For our commercial metal roofs, we use Metal Experts.

Commercial Single-Ply Membrane Roofs

A cost-effective option, single-ply membrane roofs consist of a vinyl membrane stretched over the roof and glued to the surface or the perimeter. Single-ply membrane roofs can also work as a ballasted roof system – which means unanchored. This ballast is generally made of gravel, which creates a quick and simple installation process.

We install both EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) and TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) for our single-ply membrane roofs.
