Do you offer warranty on your roofing and exterior services? What does it look like?

As certified installers of all our products, you receive full product warranty. Our labour is also under a 5-year warranty.

How much do estimates cost?

Estimates are always free! All you need to do is give us a call.

Who does the cleanup?

Heritage Roofing always strives to leave your property the way it was before our work started.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, cheque, credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). We also offer financing for our customers.

Do you have to remove the old shingles or can we put the new ones on top?

To align with our manufacturers, we need to remove the old shingles.

What happens if it starts to rain as my roof is getting done?

We always water-tight our roofs as we work and we always do it in stages if the weather is questionable.

Do I need to provide a deposit?

We do accept deposits, but they are not required.

Can I get my roof done in the winter?

Short answer: definitely!

We are a COR-certified company with an extensive safety program, including job hazard assessments, fall protection plans and on-site audits.
